The competition for rentals is starting to heat up. Please download or print out a Rental Application, fill it in and fax it as soon as possible. If your parents are paying your rent, they'll need to fill one out also. We're only going to be able to show homes to serious tenants only. One of the criteria is; you must be willing to rent as soon as possible. We have lots of rentals, but can only show them to tenants that want to move in within 30 days.
